Please head to the CCIR Online Payment Portal and follow these steps:

1. Confirm the final tuition amount and select “Proceed to Payment“
2. On the next page, please select “Proceed to Payment”            
3. Fill in billing information on the left and credit card information on the right (currently supporting Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, and Union Pay)
   • We encourage you to leave the student’s email under the Email Address at the bottom. This enables our team to identify your transaction more efficiently.
4. Agree to website terms and conditions and select “Place Order”

Pay over 2 months. No interest, late fees, transaction fees, or impact to credit score (soft credit check applies).

This option consists of bi-weekly interest-free payments over two months and no credit check. You will be asked to pay one down payment today, and the remaining three payments every two weeks.

Please note that PayPal supports a maximum 1,500 USD per transaction for Pay in Four. 

As such, the Pay in Four option will not be available if you try to process all three payments in one go.

Instead, you will have to use the payment links below to separately complete three payments. Please add each payment to cart, complete the payment using Pay in Four (instructions below), and repeat for the second payment link.  Please refer the payment links on your official offer lettter.

Pay over 6 months. No interest (if paid in full in six months) and transaction fees. Late fee applies if minimum payment is not paid. Subject to credit approval.

PayPal Credit is a digital, reusable credit line subject to credit approval as determined by the lender, Synchrony Bank, and is available to US customers who are of legal age in their state of residence. Minimum monthly payments required.

To complete your tuition payment using PayPal Credit, please head to the CCIR Online Payment Portal and follow these steps:

1. Confirm payment amount and select “Proceed to Payment“
2. On the next page, please confirm the payment is added. Then, please select “Proceed to Payment”  
3. Fill in billing information on the left. 
4. Select agree to the website terms and conditions on the bottom right. 
5. Select “Pay with PayPal”; on the expanded box, select “Pay Later”
6. Log in using your PayPal account. 

• If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily sign up in the pop-up box. The information needed are your name, home address, email, and phone number.

7. Once logged in, please select “Paypal Credit”
8. Confirm your billing address. 
9. Enter your personal information. 
   • Here you will need to provide your date of birth, phone number, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and your annual income after taxes.  
10. Review the “Paypal Credit Account Agreement,” and select “Agree and Apply”
11. If you are approved, select “Continue to Checkout” 
12. Select “Paypal Credit” and hit “Continue to Review Order” 
13. Select “Pay Now”

Pay over 6 to 24 months with interest. No late fees and transaction fees. Subject to credit approval.

Pay Monthly gives you the option to complete your tuition payment over 6 to 24 months, subject to consumer credit approval and interests (a fixed APR ranging from 9.99% – 35.99 % based on creditworthiness).

Pay Monthly is currently not available to US residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York or Texas. 

To complete your tuition payment using Pay Monthly, please head to the CCIR Online Payment Portal and follow these steps:

1. Confirm payment amount and select “Proceed to Payment“
2. On the next page, please confirm the payment is added. Then, please select “Proceed to Payment”  
3. Fill in billing information on the left. 
4. Select agree to the website terms and conditions on the bottom right. 
5. Select “Pay with PayPal”; on the expanded box, select “Pay Later”
6. Log in using your PayPal account. 
   • If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily sign up in the pop-up box. The information needed are your name, home address, email, and phone number.
7. Once logged in, please select “Pay monthly”
8. Review your contact and billing information and select continue. 
   • To see your payment plan, you will need to provide your date of birth, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and estimated annual income.
9. In a new window, you will receive a breakdown of your payment plans and you can then select which one to enroll (6, 12, or 24 monthly payments).
10. Review your terms and select “Agree and Continue”
11. Confirm your billing information and phone number. 
12. Choose your automatic payment option, and select “Agree and Continue” 
    • Here you will need to enter in your bank account information or your credit card information, if it is not already linked to your PayPal account.
13. Select “Pay Now”
