Veer Gaur, a student at Radnor High School in the USA, has actively engaged in various academic and extracurricular activities. He participated in the Boston Leadership Institute’s (BLI) competitive “Biomedical and Surgical Research” program and was selected as an ambassador for BLI. In addition, Veer is actively involved in fundraising efforts, including Grub For Pups and the Medical Club.
In the CCIR Academy, Veer conducted a research project titled “Epigenetics’ Impact on Breast Cancer Outcomes”. The research explores how epigenetic mechanisms, which regulate gene expression without altering the DNA sequence, influence the development, progression, and prognosis of breast cancer. It aims to uncover new insights into breast cancer biology and potential therapeutic strategies to improve patient outcomes.
