Krish Vazirani is a driven high school student from Lynbrook High School in the United States, with a deep passion for programming and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and CEO of Titan Scholars, an online learning platform, Krish has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication. In just two years, he has taken the company to a new milestone, achieving a five-figure revenue and delivering over 1000 hours of teaching.
Krish participated in the CCIR program, where he conducted an innovative research project entitled “Evaluating the Economic Disparities in the World: Sentiment Analysis on Central Bank Speeches from Third World and First World Countries”. In his paper, Krish utilised state-of-the-art natural language processing techniques to evaluate the financial sentiment of central bank speeches from 2004 to 2019. By doing so, he shed light on economic disparities around the world and provided valuable new insights into the state of the global economy.

The International Conference on Advanced Research in Computing (ICARC) is organised by the Faculty of Computing, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka with the theme “Digital Transformation for Sustainable Development”.
The conference features keynote and plenary speeches from eminent scholars and industry experts, oral presentations, pre-conference workshops and tutorials, and public discussions to provide ample opportunities for discussion and knowledge dissemination in a wide range of computing disciplines.
ICARC 2023 is co-sponsored by the prestigious Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) with the papers presented being submitted to IEEE Xplore, the digital library of the IEEE.
