CCIR Academy:
Fully Accredited with Globally Recognised College Credits
Following a rigorous and extensive review process, CCIR’s research programmes have been approved to carry undergraduate-level academic credit through a UK government-regulated framework overseen by Ofqual. This recognition reflects the quality and academic standards of CCIR’s teaching and assessment processes. All students who successfully complete the programme will receive a formal, credit-bearing academic record linked to one of the world’s most established quality-assurance systems.
CCIR students can now receive 10 UK government-recognised undergraduate credits — equivalent to 5 European Union credits and 2.5 U.S. college credits — upon completion of CCIR’s 1-on-1 Research Mentorship or Cambridge Future Scholar Research Programme — with no additional cost.
This places CCIR in a rare category of globally recognised, credit-bearing online research programmes for high school students, giving academically ambitious students—especially those aiming for the Ivy League, Oxbridge, and other world-leading universities—a powerful way to demonstrate intellectual maturity and their potential to thrive at the highest academic level.

CCIR credits can be presented as college-level coursework on applications and to universities. International credits may require an independent course-by-course evaluation by a recognised credential evaluation service, giving institutions a clearer U.S. credit equivalency while each university retains full authority over final acceptance.
Canada
Credits may be reviewed through Canadian credential evaluation services, where relevant for academic or immigration purposes; however, their recognition and acceptance remain subject to each institution’s own policies and final determination.
United Kingdom and Europe
Because CCIR’s credits are issued within a UK government-regulated framework and mapped to ECTS, they are designed to be legible across UK and European higher education systems. Students may submit their official CCIR record as evidence of undergraduate-level research coursework, subject to each institution’s policies.

A Head Start to University Success: CCIR credits are set at Level 4, comparable in depth and academic rigour to first-year university study. In their university applications, students can showcase the CCIR research experience as a key achievement, particularly when applying to top universities, to demonstrate their intellectual maturity.

To be registered for the college credit, students must submit a registration form, within 3 weeks after the programme starts, through CCIR to the awarding body directly. The registration fee is covered by the CCIR tuition.
