
Sreeansh Parija, a student at Dulles Math and Science Academy in the United States, has achieved notable accolades, including qualifying for nationals and securing first place with the Dulles A Team at the 2023 National Science Bowl Texas Regionals. In 2022, he placed fifth with the Dulles B Team in the same competition. He is also a two-time AIME qualifier based on his AMC10 scores and ranked in the Top 6 in Geometry at the University of Houston and TAMU Math Contests.
Beyond academics, Sreeansh co-founded and serves as the Student Committee Lead for TEDxDullesHS, where he helped establish the club as an official TEDx event and organised initiatives to foster interest in the school community. He is also an active member of Mu Alpha Theta, the Science National Honour Society, and the Computer Science Club, participating in science competitions, volunteering at events like Dulles Math and Science Night, and assisting with the annual TMSCA.
Sreeansh’s research paper, Supervised Classification of Variable Stars Using Gaia DR3 Data, was accepted at the Latin American Conference for Astrophysics and Relativity (LACAR) in Colombia. This event brings together physicists and astrophysicists to strengthen collaboration within the Latin American scientific community and beyond.
