High School Student Researcher Darell Lien’s Research on DNA Nanotechnology in Medical Sensing was accepted and published by Analytical Methods

Royal Society of Chemistry | Analytical Methods Journal

Darell Lien was a student at Troy High School in the United States when he joined CCIR Academy. He participated in several student leadership programmes. These included CASC and the Red Cross summer programme, which focus on youth leadership and advocacy.

Darell also attended a Stanford AI summer programme. There, he learned core AI concepts and developed his own project. In addition, he served as co-captain of his school’s VEX Robotics team. He led students in designing and building robots for several competitions.

Darell’s research paper, The Role of DNA Nanotechnology in Medical Sensing, was accepted and published in Analytical Methods. This journal is published by the Royal Society of Chemistry. His paper explores how DNA nanotechnology can support medical sensing. It also examines its potential role in developing new analytical techniques for healthcare.

Congratulations to Darell on this achievement!
