Sabrina Cui is a student at Alexander Mackenzie High School in Canada. She is actively involved in Model United Nations (MUN). She received an Honourable Mention in the UN Women committee at the Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute MUN. She also participated in CANMUN’s Ambassador Programme and attended OxfordMUN.
In addition, Sabrina serves as Ambassador Programme Director for Bridge of Culture. She has also joined the STEMPowerment Mentee and Mentor Programme and the ResearcHER Sponsorship Programme.
At CCIR Academy, Sabrina’s research paper, International Brick Wall: Encompasses the United Nations Architecture Throughout War Fares, has been accepted at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR). Her paper examines how the United Nations operates during times of conflict. It also analyses the organisation’s institutional structure and its response to warfare. In particular, Sabrina explores how effective these strategies are in practice.
The National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) recognises undergraduate research across different disciplines. It provides a platform for students to present their scholarly and creative work. Furthermore, the conference encourages students to develop their academic and professional skills through research presentations and discussions.
