Manraj Miglani is a student at Northwood High School in the United States. He serves as President of a Young Sikh Student Committee at his local temple, leads volunteering efforts at a community food pantry, and participates in speech and debate to further develop his communication and interpersonal skills.
Manraj’s research paper, Optogenetic Manipulation of Pain-related Neural Circuits to Alleviate Pain from Trigeminal Neuralgia, has been accepted for presentation at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR 2025). His research explores the potential use of optogenetic techniques to manipulate pain-related neural circuits, with a focus on alleviating pain associated with trigeminal neuralgia.
